Draft and refine employee-facing communications (such as onboarding emails, FAQs, and checklists) using AI tools, reviewing outputs for accuracy, clarity, and inclusive language.
Workday & HR Data Administration
Perform accurate and timely Workday data entry for new hires, changes, and corrections; run basic audits to ensure data quality and consistency.
Support day‑to‑day Workday business processes by monitoring inboxes, following up on stuck transactions, and resolving common errors.
Run standard Workday reports and share outputs with EX, Finance, and other stakeholders as needed.
Partner with the People Operations / EX Ops team on data clean‑up, mass updates, and configuration testing related to enhancements and new releases.
Help triage and resolve employee and manager issues in Workday, escalating more complex configuration or integration issues to the EX Ops / HRIS team.
Use AI-enabled tools to summarize Workday reports, surface data issues or trends, and suggest follow-up actions that improve data quality and process efficiency.
Compliance & Documentation
Manage I‑9 and work authorization processes for US hires and maintain records in accordance with federal and state regulations.
Ensure completion and tracking of required acknowledgments and policy documents through Workday or other tools.
