Your Role:
As an AI Product Designer, you will shape how people experience our AI-powered platform — designing intelligent systems that feel transparent, trustworthy, and beautifully crafted.
You will operate at the intersection of AI, big data, and human-centered design — defining how marketers collaborate with autonomous systems to solve complex challenges.
This role requires excellence across two dimensions:
The human capabilities that AI cannot replace — presence, judgment, empathy, and the ability to connect with customers in real time.
The AI-native skills that define modern operators — fluency in AI collaboration, data-informed decision-making, workflow automation, and systems thinking.
You are not just designing AI features. You are designing with AI, and representing those experiences live — internally and externally.

Design System
Evolving components, patterns, and visual language to ensure consistency, clarity, and craft across the platform.Intelligent Customer Data Platform
Designing workflows and interfaces that make complex data accessible, explainable, and actionable.AI Marketing Cloud
Creating next-generation marketing tools powered by autonomous agents, predictions, and personalization.
Responsibilities:
Design & Craft
Design end-to-end product experiences from concept through launch that are transparent, trustworthy, and human-centered.
Drive visual excellence through comprehensive exploration, pushing our aesthetic forward with refinement and restraint.
Create clear interaction patterns and visualizations for AI capabilities (prediction, personalization, automation) that instill user confidence.
Contribute meaningfully to the evolution of our Design System and documentation.
Human-in-the-Loop Impact
Represent Product Design in live settings including customer meetings, company All-Hands, trade shows, and keynote demo experiences.
Communicate product vision clearly and respond confidently to unscripted questions.
Participate directly in customer conversations, demonstrating curiosity, active listening, and presence.
Contribute to live product demonstrations that translate AI capabilities into compelling, human narratives.
Show thoughtful risk-taking — proposing bold ideas that challenge default patterns when conviction is strong.
AI-Native Operating Excellence
Leverage AI tools daily for ideation, prototyping, synthesis, and workflow acceleration.
Design structured prompts that decompose ambiguity, specify constraints, and iteratively refine outputs.
Build reusable AI-powered workflows, templates, or automations that increase personal and team efficiency.
Collaborate comfortably in version-controlled environments, contributing to documentation, specs, or configurations using Git-based workflows.
Independently explore and interpret product or customer data to inform design decisions.
Maintain a working understanding of AI model capabilities, limitations, and failure modes.
Apply ethical reasoning when designing AI-powered features — balancing capability, transparency, and responsible automation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to integrate AI recommendations and automation into user workflows.
Translate complex technical concepts into intuitive experiences for non-technical users.
Participate in user research and usability testing, synthesizing insights into iterative improvements.
Job Requirements:
Experience & Portfolio
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
3–5 years of product design experience.
Portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking and exceptional visual craft with high-fidelity execution.
Evidence of designing complex systems or data-rich applications.
Visual & Interaction Craft
Mastery of hierarchy through typography, whitespace, and color.
Refinement and restraint — knowing when to emphasize and when to simplify.
Strong attention to pixel-level detail and consistency.
Ability to design clarity into complexity, especially within AI-driven interfaces.
AI-Native Fluency
Demonstrated daily use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, AI plugins) as part of your workflow.
Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs — knowing when to trust, verify, or override.
Experience building repeatable systems rather than solving problems once.Comfort operating in ambiguity as AI capabilities evolve.
Conceptual literacy in how AI models function and where they break.
Data & Systems Thinking
Ability to formulate analytical questions and pursue answers independently.
Comfort working with data or collaborating directly with data teams to extract insights.
Pattern recognition — spotting trends, anomalies, and opportunities others may miss.
Collaboration & Communication
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
Comfort presenting to cross-functional stakeholders and live audiences.

Physical Requirements:
Working out of the Mountain View, California office according to our “Global Hybrid Working Policy.”
Travel Requirements:
May require occasional travel for internal meetings and customer visits (up to 10-15%).
