We're looking for an AI Engineer to join our AI Agent Development team. You'll design and build autonomous AI agents that help customers extract insights from their data, automate complex workflows, and make intelligent decisions. This role combines AI/ML expertise with full-stack development skills to create both backend systems and frontend interfaces for agent interactions. This position is ideal for someone who's passionate about creating production-ready AI systems that can reason, plan, and act independently while serving global enterprise customers.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement autonomous AI agents using multi-modal LLMs, function calling, and tool integration

• Build full-stack applications with backend APIs and frontend interfaces for agent interactions

• Develop agent orchestration systems that can handle complex multi-step workflows and decision-making

• Create evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, reliability, and safety

• Collaborate with product teams to translate customer needs into agent capabilities

• Contribute to agent safety measures, including guardrails and monitoring systems

• Stay current with the latest developments in AI agents, LLM research, and autonomous systems

About You

• Have some professional software engineering experience (internship or 0–3 years).

• Full-stack development experience with both backend and frontend technologies

• Strong context engineering skills and experience crafting effective prompts for LLMs

• Experience building AI agents with capabilities like planning, reasoning, and tool usage

• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and agent architectures

• Solid understanding of SQL and experience working with relational databases in production

• Proficient in modern software testing practices and advocating for code quality

• Exposure to AWS or similar cloud infrastructure environments

• Business-level English proficiency

• Strong team player with good communication and documentation skills

Bonus Experience

Not required, but nice to have:

• Experience with Ruby/Ruby on Rails and/or JavaScript/React (helpful but not mandatory)

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar)

• Experience with agent evaluation frameworks and testing autonomous systems

• Knowledge of multi-agent systems and agent coordination patterns

• Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices for AI model deployment

• Knowledge of agent safety and alignment techniques
