Your Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Analyst Relations Manager to join our Analyst Relations (AR) team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in enterprise software, marketing technology, and building relationships with influential industry analysts. You will be involved in executing Treasure Data’s AR program, helping to ensure analysts have a deep understanding of our portfolio and strategy.
As Treasure Data continues to expand into new markets beyond the CDP category, you will also have the opportunity to support analyst engagement across a broader set of research areas, ensuring our innovation and value are recognized by a wider analyst community.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the coordination and execution of analyst briefings, inquiries, and events with leading research firms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC).
- Maintain and update the analyst engagement calendar, briefing materials, and AR content library.
- Support the development of AR deliverables such as briefing decks, talking points, and follow-up documents.
- Monitor analyst research publications, competitive reports, and industry trends relevant to Treasure Data.
- Prepare summaries of analyst feedback and insights for internal stakeholders in Marketing, Product, and Executive teams.
- Track AR program performance using internal systems; support reporting on engagement activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product updates, customer success stories, and market proof points for analyst discussions.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for AR-related programs, such as major research evaluations (Magic Quadrant, Wave, MarketScape) and events.
Job Requirements:
- Self starter approach with willingness to be hands-on that will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with curiosity and a growth mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Interest in enterprise technology and SaaS landscapes. Knowledge about the Martech space is a plus.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry and desire to build a career in communications with industry influencers.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong coordination in managing projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with CRM or AR-specific tools (e.g., Architect) a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Working out of the Mountain View, California or New York, New York office according to our “Global Hybrid Working Policy.”
Travel Requirements:
Up to 25% travel to conferences and off sites.
