Your Role:
- Help drive the revenue operations business needs across Japan and globally
- The ownership, deployment, adoption and operation of wide range of go-to-market (“GTM”) systems supporting our Enterprise SaaS Sales & GTM teams, both in Japan and Worldwide
- Onboarding, enablement, and support for Japan GTM team members on the tools, systems, processes and dashboards they need to be successful in their roles
- Creating and maintaining GTM-focused reporting and dashboards for the Japan GTM team
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage the administration and operation of various GTM systems, which may include but not be limited to HubSpot Sales Hub, Gainsight, Highspot, SanSan, and FORCAS
- Collaborate and problem-solve across systems, functions and regions, to ensure end-to-end processes and business needs are working effectively
- Coordinate effectively with both local GTM teams, and US-based Global Ops leadership re local GTM system/process needs and definition, to ensure both local differences are transparent and understood, and global alignment is attained when needed.
- Oversee Japan lead routing processes, including ensuring system logic is aligned with GTM business needs, assigning location data and converting unmatched leads to Accounts when needed, and escalating to global ops when necessary.
- Maintain Japan event registration reporting sheets and ensure registrants are aligned to HubSpot campaigns.
- Create and maintain Japan GTM dashboards for campaign performance, pipeline health, and event ROI.
- On an ongoing basis, identify, test and assess potential new technologies that will improve the productivity and/or efficiency of our tech stack, and for any selected technologies, support and/or lead the implementation, adoption, and ongoing operation and administration of those technologies
- Work with the GTM teams and other Revenue Operations members to understand how the various systems are being used today, and how we might enhance them in future to drive increases in productivity and/or efficiency
- Manage the vendor and contract relationships for assigned GTM systems
Required Qualifications:
- Must have at least business level Japanese and English language skills, both written and speaking
- Must have 3+ years of admin experience supporting Enterprise SaaS GTM systems
- Must have proven record of successfully implementing new tools and systems
- Preferred: 2+ years experience across various GTM tools and processes, including but not limited to CRM, BI, and lead-generation.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience working for a foreign-owned business in Japan
- Possesses strong capabilities to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions and reporting needs, ensuring alignment and collaboration across functions
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple regions
